Very thorough, transparent, and helpful. They take photos of everything they find and send you a file with the inspection report. It shows photos of what is wrong, an explanation of what the part does, and a video of how it all works, and why it needs to be repaired. They delta with my stupid warranty company wich was a hassle. It took a month, and that was all warranty company time, would of been allot quicker if the warranty company wasn't busy trying to get out of paying for what I paid them for. Single mom, just bought a car a couple months ago. They were the shop my warranty covered so I took it there. They checked it and found out what was wrong. Said if it was covered under my warranty I wouldn't be charged.... they call and tell me a $50 part will cost me almost $500 to fix... I of coarse couldn't afford it, had They done a little research like a good shop SHOULD they would have found the manufacturer warranty was extended on my vehicle solely because of the part that needing replaced. I have used the services of a Christian Brothers Automotive in the past when living in another state. When I moved to this area, I thought I'd give the Barry Road location a try. I am so happy I did. This location surpasses the one I previously visited. The professionalism of the staff at the Barry Road location is top notch. I have to give a shout out particularly to Jeremy. He is professional, personable, honest, and truly goes above and beyond. You can see and feel that Jeremy cares about doing the best job possible and doing what's best for the customer. I received detailed photos of everything that needed attention in my vehicle, along with a clear link to approve the repairs.. NO surprise charges or pressure!!!! As a woman who doesn’t know a ton about cars, I really appreciated how they explained everything in a way I could understand. I left with my car in great shape, a fair price paid, and more knowledge than when I walked in. Knowledge is power, and Christian Brothers absolutely hooked me up. Highly recommend!

All around excellent customer service and continued experience. I recently have had all of my oil changes, air filters, and even a spark plug issue taken care of here. They even pointed me in a better direction on where to purchase new tires because they acknowledged that they most likely wouldn't be the cheapest. The sheer honesty of their technicians will keep me coming back. They even offer rides to and from the shop while your vehicle is being worked on. Excellent ownership and team.
