No complaints. First visit to Kwik Kar for inspection Staff was friendly and helpful. Waiting area nice, clean and comfortable. Fair price. Will definitely return for my auto care.

Wasn't a bad experience, however, if you are going to schedule appointments and the customer shows up on time and while she waits she sees her car sit for 35 minutes before they pulled it in to do my oil change. That in itself not a big deal, except for the fact that they did not have the a/c on in the area in which I am waiting.

Needed a safety inspection and wanted to find a place that didn’t tell me I needed new windshield wipers or something to pass. The mechanic told me about a bulb that was out but that it wasn’t part of the inspection so would not fail if I didn’t fix it. Very quick very efficient don’t come here expecting cheaper prices tho, very good for the buck tho if you need to bring it in. Had a broken rear view mirror was told by many other places that they couldn’t do it brought my car in for some brakes and cleaning alignment all and all got it in and out within three days I’ll be it took longer cause I ordered certain parts myself. These guys do a really good job. I’ve had multiple services here including tire repair and shock replacement. Reasonable prices and fast service. They diagnose problems quickly and provide good recommendations. It feels like they have your best interest in mind. Will be returning here for future service and would highly recommend to others.
