I've been scammed by mechanics that charged me for a service I never received, so I was really scared. Sammy calmed my nerves. I brought my car to his shop, telling him what I was told I needed work on, he took a look at it, filled fluids needed before I ever got work done. He explained to me what I really needed, made it cost effective & I have not had any issues with my car overheating since.

This place is amazing! We were traveling through KC on our way to Arkansas and the alternator on our car gave out. We randomly found Compass and got our car towed here. They were able to get us in same day, replace the alternator, and get us back on the road that same day and we were so grateful that they did! While we were waiting at the shop, they even shared their lunch with us. This place rocks!

So far so good! A great nifty auto repair place ducked off a slope on James A. Reed. Was very quick to answer my questions about my car and more so was able to fit me my friend in for a diagnostic check engine light during the late afternoon. Staff immediately went out to view the car upon arrival. There was No charge and mechanic cleared codes for us and gave some suggestions for self maintenance. Thanks!
