We came here originally based off of a friend’s recommendation - and I’m really glad we did! Sallas has always taken really good care of my vehicles and they’re so professional. They’re always polite, accommodating, and they explain everything so thoroughly. After any inspection, they send over results and pictures in an online report, and have always been accommodating with rides since my family only has one vehicle. I never have any doubts about what was done or if it was needed. Thank you, Sallas! All of you are great.

Everyone I interacted with at Sallas had great customer service skills. As a female walking into a car shop I felt comfortable and respected. I appreciate the to the point and in plain English communication. I never felt like I was being sold services I didn't need. I am glad I found a new place for my fleet!

I will forever be a Sallas customer. I left my car for an inspection and was told I needed new rear brakes for it to pass, and they were able to get it all done in the same day, within a couple of hours. They sent me pictures of everything else that needs attention, which I’ve never experienced at Big O or FireStone. They were very nice and genuine people too. Thank you guys!

I hate cars because they need service; it's reality. In recent years, I have mostly used dealerships for issues as I purchase warranties with my vehicle. Dealerships turn around quickly, though they always have some other reason to ask for money from you. It's stressful enough when you have a major repair and a lack of resources. Sallas Auto was a perfect experience. They were able to get me in for service, worked with my warranty and went to bat on my behalf, and completed the work in a timely manner.
