This was my first visit. I took my Mercedes in for service. The service advisor was very professional, explaining the required current and future maintenance. I will definitely return.

This is the only place I take my family's Bimmers. Andy has been working on BMW since he was a kid and is obviously highly knowledgable. Casey is also great to work with. Look no further.

Casey at Hafkemeyer pointed out to me that the part I needed an estimate from him was possibly covered by the warranty from Mini on my 2018 Mini Cooper. In fact, he was right and saved me over $3,000. I’m thankful I called obviously and these words cannot fully express my gratitude. Thank you!!!

Very unorganized, I would not recommend this shop. I had a simple oil change scheduled and it took them 5 hours to complete while I was waiting. I'll do it myself on jack stands next interval in half the time it takes Hafkemeyer
