Terrible communication skills. Car was suppose to be done Monday. No call , call Wednesday and not my car just getting worked on…. Other locations are better this 1 is unprofessional.

Very quick and great service. Everyone I worked with was very professional and easy to work with. The rental car service was extremely easy with Gerber. Not only did repairs exceed expectations, but my car was detailed on the interior and a full car wash as well. Only took 10 days from collision to having my car repaired in my driveway. I highly recommend.

All staff I have came into contact with here have been absolutely amazing. My car got stolen then trashed, and they were the first people I called to see when they could get my car fixed up. They were very nice on the initial phone call and the rest after that as well. Totally recommend this place for any of your car needs. Very thorough and kept me updated all of the time.

What a nightmare. I brought my car to them in late October and was told that the earliest they could get me in was late December. December came and when and they did not contact I called my insurance to see what the holdup was. I dropped off my Subaru after being hit by an 18 wheeler. Gerber took care of everything extremely quick. I was in and out within 3 days. They even helped me get my rental, as well as checked it in with enterprise when I picked up my vehicle. They also offer life time warranty on their repairs for peace of mind. 10/10
