Friends & Family Collision Repair (always wear your seatbelt)

I seriously can't recommend this shop enough -- Charles Sr. and Charles Jr. were amazing to work with. A boulder clean ripped off my bumper last night and I called around to several body shops this morning to see about having it reattached. Every single shop told me I'd need a full bumper replacement and quoted me $1300-$2000 without even looking at the car. I was certain it could be reattached, so I kept looking for a shop who would at least hear me out. Then I found these guys!!! They got me in immediately, reattached my bumper and popped out the dents, all in less than 3 hours and for a couple hundred bucks. Not only that, they also detailed my car inside and out! They were hon…

Got my baby back on the road and upgraded looking after being told by other shops she was a total loss. Highly recommend! Great, fast & affordable service! Charles & Charles Jr are amazing!

I called at 530 just to ask a few questions. Google says they close at 6pm. Someone answers and says they are closed, that they close at 5pm and hung up in my face. I'm trying to figure out why answer the phone if your closed!!!?? Treated like Friends & family huh? What a 1st impression and I only chose them because of the reviews...smh

This is truly a hidden gem! The owner has been run the shop over 27 years! They are honest, professional, and get job well done! I definitely recommended.

They did an incredible job repairing our Chevy Malibu after it was in a collision. The customer service was amazing and it was quick and easy. The car looked brand new after they were done with it. Will recommend to anyone that I know if they need some help. Thank you again for all your hard work. We appreciate y'all.
