Prestige Auto Collision

I was absolutely delighted with the work Prestige Auto did for me! The quality of workmanship is first rate. My car looks amazing. Highly professional and friendly service too. Five stars+ from me.

Prestige Auto is the only place in Kansas City I trust with my vehicles! When it comes to auto repairs, they truly go above and beyond. Not only are they incredibly timely and professional, but they also show genuine understanding during what can often be a stressful time. Chris deserves a special shout-out for his exceptional communication. He made sure I was kept in the loop every step of the way, providing frequent updates and even sending photo updates when necessary. It's so reassuring to know exactly what's happening with your vehicle. And in the shop, Alex is a true perfectionist. He consistently goes the extra mile to ensure that every repair is done as close to perfect as …

I can't say enough good things about Chris, Alex and the crew at Prestige Auto Collision. This is by far the best auto collision body shop in Kansas City and in general just one of the best companies in KC period. I have had my car worked on by Prestige Auto several times in the past two years and each time I experienced nothing but exceptional quality work and above and beyond customer service. These guys really have their process dialed in and down to a science. They are truly on your side when dealing with the insurance company and fight for what is right and should be approved to get the job done correctly. Most insurance companies want to take short cuts to save themselves money. B…

If you are looking for the best auto repair facility in KC area, please stop in and talk to Alex. Don't let the insurance companies talk you into taking it to a fly by night repair shop. This is hands down the best shop. They will fight for you to restore it back to OEM specs. This is the second time we have used these. Due to an unfortunate deer collision we had to bring the vehicle back for another visit. The attention to detail here is amazing. The customer service is incredible. I will never use another shop. Thank you for the amazing work gents!

If I could give Prestige Auto Collision 6 stars, I would! :) I was rear-ended by another car and was searching for a reputable auto shop for repairs. I lease a Jeep and as I don't own the car, I needed to be certain of the quality of the repair work. As a woman, I also wanted to be treated fairly and with respect. Thanks to so many fantastic Google reviews, I decided to give Prestige a try. I'm so glad I did! Chris and his team were absolutely amazing! They provided outstanding customer service from beginning to end. They guarantee their work using only new parts, unlike other auto shops that use after-market or junkyard parts. Chris battled with the insurance company to ensure com…
