The hard top on my 2015 Z4 stopped working about a week ago. I’ve only had it for a few months and I’ve never owned a BMW before, so I didn’t have a trusted mechanic like I do with my other cars. I originally called a dealership, but I didn’t have a good feeling about them, so I decided to give these guys a call. I spoke with Kenny and Andy on the phone and doing so gave me confidence that I would be treated fairly by a highly competent team. I took a chance and brought it in this morning. Within about 2-hours the mechanic Steve had found a broken wire, repaired it, and had me back on the road! I’ve been here twice, the first time was a success and I felt like I had a great deal for a clear system and new install on a battery for my mini cooper countryman. The second time I got my car towed and I was asked to pay 4600 for a rack and pinion, alignment and a coolent hose reservoir connector, that I had broke trying to diagnose myself. They didn’t know that I work on my own car. Low and behold it’s actually 1300 after I towed it to another company. Always get a second opinion if your car is a bmw make sure to have a diagnostic before you go in.
